Want to Know the Essential Steps for Starting an Injection Molding Machine

i want to know the complete stepwise procedure to start an injection molding machine which has been kept shut down for 3 days. please reply.

It will depend on make & type of your machine. If you have the user manual, follow it. You may succeed in downloading it from the website of your injection molding machine manufacturer.

Read the operating manual. Ask the manufacturer. Your shop may have an operating procedure. Find it and read it.

Usually it's just a matter of turning on the heaters, mold cooling equipment and hydraulics.

Read the fu&^ing manual. Not all machines have the same controls. We can't read your mind to know what kind of machine it is.

Along with What is already posted, Talk to the operators also. This isn't the first time on a cold start-up.
