Gas Compressor Surge Analysis Steps

Hello All,

I am required to size and select a new gas turbine driven Centrifugal Gas Compressor and also carry out Surge analysis and write a technical report on the findings. I only have issues with the Surge Analysis as it will be a first time.

Please i need tips, parameters to look out for, sample analysis software, inputs, expected outputs, result interpretation etc from anyone with a good idea on how to go about this task.

I'll also appreciate if i can get links to sample reports, calculation spreadsheets or any document for that matter that may be of help
