Grounding Transformer

for delta connected power system we are using grounding transformer for grounding

1.which place we are using grounding transformer?

2.how to design rating of grounding transformer?

1/ where are you, use it near by.

2/ ask a manufacturer that is near you.

The zig-zag transformer is connected close to supply transformer [or generator]creating an artificeal neutral point for a ungrounded system.

Mr. Muthu, I think I had earlier also advised you to visit a site: www.i-gard.com - to clarify your doubts on earthing & on NGRs It seems you haven't. Pl. visit this site and it gives a lot of good info on Earthing & NGRs.
