Seriously, you need to perform a Google search for this item. There are standard sizes for all sorts of applications, mainly based on size of the baseplate.

Are you shimming a steel column baseplate under a leveling plate first, then packing the void with non-shrink non-metallic grout???

Usually the steel fabricator who supplies the column and baseplate makes them in the shop....as steel wedges.

Talk to the steel fabricator. I know of no companies that make these.

Are you a Contractor?

shim packs are used to to elevate the columns to the correct elevation and to provide enough space to grout between base plate and the supporting pier. shims should range from 1/8 - 1'' in thickness in order to correct for variations in pier "foundation" hieght.. shims should have enough area to support the total weight bearing on the base plate at completion of the project. grouting is done after the super structure is finished.
