Tower Plumb and Twist Surveys

Tower surveys for plumb and twist. Has anybody information or tips on the 4 setups method of detirmining the plumb and twist of a communication tower. 4 sides and we have various heights on the towers. 70 meters is the highest. We have a diagonal eyepiece for the theodolite (transit) and it will measure distance without a prism ie reflectorless. Help us keep Houston happy!
