Solublity of Gas in Fuel

Sir, could you tell me, is evaporation of fuel and evolution of gas from fuel are different phenomenons? how Ostwald coffe. Is independent of pressure when gas evolution is a function of pressure and temperature? Kindly correct me.

That is ostwald coefficient, which is measured in volume of gas dissolved in unit volume of fuel for various temperature.
