how much percentage can we load the distribution transformer & power transformer?

It is specified in IS-6600, % age capacity of Transformer overloading

Loading above 100% will lead to a failure. Exactly what will fail, and how spectacularly, cannot be seen from here, and need not be seen by any other CR4 reader than the original poster.
