Charging Mobile Phones Using Bluetooth Via Laptop

I am interested in developing a software that makes a mobile phone to get wireless charging bcoz i'm vexed up with my charger.

Hope some of u can help to start up by giving any idea to initialize.

Hope this might be my awesome project(my own idea).

My understanding was that to do wireless charging you need a power receiver coil system in the device itself to pick up the necessary energy that goes into recharging the battery.

If you can write software that does that recharging process without circuitry or a power trasnmitter unit I will pay you anything you want in cash to have you rewrite that program to have my laptop recharge its own battery as well!
