Talk to your instructor. They know you capabilities, we don't.

Just having an idea isn't worth much, unless you can develop it.

Where have you looked so far? Have you done any research on the topic?

Do some work, then come back when you have a plan.

What have you done, anything?

Actually i'm a Bachelor of Engineering 2nd year student of Computer Science. I got this idea when i'm studying in library and my mother called me(since my mother doesn't text on mobile).

I'm just learning Java,Xml,Android app development,Php

These are my capabilities..

The problem is that i don't know what to ask my Head of the department about this..

Any way thanks for all of u for discussing abt my problem...

As this is likely going to end up being used as a University coursework project (rather than a new product line competing against existing products on the market....hint, hint) the point is the learning experience not necessarily the end result.

I would have a look at phones and apps (and even computer apps) that do what you want and then reverse engineer them as much as possible to first understand how it is currently done.

After this I would look at replicating the results while thinking of improvements that you could make or personal touches you could add.
