I assume that you mean tons of cooling.

That would be 12,500 BTUs per hour. You need to know a whole lot more than what you have given us.

I don't know. What does your textbook say about conversion of electric power to air-conditioning capacity? How does this tie into Linear Regression Analysis?

RLA ≈ LRA/8 to LRA/6.
For HVAC, TR ≈ 1.0 to 1.2 x HP.
1 HP = 746 W.
For 1Φ, W = V x RLA; for 3Φ, W = √3 x V x RLA.
