Well it depends greatly on which LED you are using. They are not all the same. Some LED produce visible light and some don't.

If all of the light was emitted at 555 nanometers, then it would produce 683 lumens, and you'd have to determine the area illuminated to see how many Lux you were getting. (Where1 lumen per square foot = 10.764 Lux).

Since it's not likely that all of the light is emitted at 555 nm, you'd need to spectrally integrate across the spectrum, convolving the spectrum with the human eye response function V(λ). Not easily done.

You're looking for a quantity that much, much easier to measure with a photometer or spectroradiometer, than it is to calculate.
