How to achieve ceramic plate (Al2O3) welding with metal(Cu) in an easy and ecnomic way?

I need to design the drawing on the ceramic, where need welding with the metal.

And that is one of the great mysteries of life. Be careful of differential coefficients of thermal expansion.

Why not contact some local ceramics houses.

There are processes that can metalize ceramic, but you'll need to talk to the pros.
