Acronis 10 Backup Issue

Dear All,

We are facing issue of taking backup of Operating Station Z420 HP from Acronis 10. It does'nt detect the operating station's hard drive which is to be back-up. Kindly help us in this regard.

Has it detected the hard drive earlier? What is your OS? Have you un-installed & re-installed Acronis 10?
