"Texting" grammar, the worst way to post in a technical forum. Makes it virtually impossible to understand.

I'm really curious about the texting grammar use of "v" in that original post. Perhaps an abomination of the word "we", being verbally mispronounced as it is in some cultures as "vee", then textspeech abbreviated as a letter "v"?

Wow, if true what a circuitous way to get to a confusing way of miscommunication...

What I understand from your posting is rewritten for better understanding for me and others. My be you can confirm by acknowledging.

Power Plant in Saudi Arabia installed by some other company being maintained by your company where in you are site coordinator.

There are 6 numbers of Gensets and you start all the sets and after operation of some time you shut down 2/3 sets depending upon the load and load being fed by the balance sets.

Now you get the sets getting tripped and you get indication of "Low Lub Oil Pressure"

in all the tripped sets.

My suggestions are as under;

Check the trip circuits and Indications circuits.

I have the feeling the sets are tripping due to over load and sets get out of synchronization. But you get wrong indication of Low Lub oil pressure indication.

Your action is to check the circuit for wrong indication

You can switch off less number of sets after starting, try to operate more sets for the given load and see whether sets trip.

1) If there is a fault in one machine, there should not be indication for all the machines. Therefore I suspect wiring mistake. May be interconnection between panels and field mounted gadgets.

2) The Low lubricating oil pressure fault may not be there, but it shows for all the machines, here again wiring mistakes may be there.

3) You have to find out the reason for tripping-broadly find out whether tripping is due to electrical or engine faults.

As you are at site, you have to find out, it will not be possible for any of the forum members to find out for you, forum members can only give you suggestions to check.

One more thing is there is no clarity on your expressions. If you are not able to communicate properly please take help of some body in drafting the problems/issues for posting

If you share the wiring diagram, may be I can go through and try to help you.

My suggestion would be start one set say set no 1 and load the machine up to 90 % of the rated load and observe its behavior.

Similarly you have to do for all the machines independently.

If the sets pass the above test, please try to operate two sets in parallel and try .

This is a no brainer!

CALL THE INSTALLING COMPANY AND HAVE THEM COME AND FIX YOUR PROBLEM.

You have given no useful information here, and we can't read your mind.

Call the installing company and get them fixed.
