Here's a fairly easy dissertation on how to calculate beam forces and stresses.....so easy a monkey can do it! LOL

Seriously, if you're a student you need to addend a "Statics & Strength of Materials" course to really understand it all.

Frankly, we're not here to teach you the basics. That's up to you to learn it properly by attending class, and reading and thoroughly learning from the assigned textbook(s).
