Well, that would depend rather a lot on what it says in the manufacturer's instructions supplied with it, which cannot be seen from here. One of the possibilities is a brief firework display, with which one might celebrate Diwali.

The charger label should specify the range of input voltages with which the charger will work.

If you apply a voltage higher than the specified range, the charger will probably release the magic smoke that keeps it working. It may also emit a loud noise. In the worst case, pieces of it may fly in all directions.

Was pointing out to abootorab that the original poster (... um...OP...) did not state "mobile sharger" - drawing to light the fact that the OP did state "mobile charger". Yea?

Thought it better to stay anon. and off topic - but since you asked.

If the plug on your mobile charger fits the outlet socket you have, plug it in. What's to lose, except the magic smoke.

Most electronic devices work ok with all voltages in the world. My PC, mobile phones, iPod,iPad ... all have chargers which are rated 110 - 240V. So, if you already have a charger, check it out, it may be directly suitable, or sometimes there may be a selector switch. You need an inexpensive adaptor to make the pins fit into the socket.
