Are you a student?

Are you an apprentice?

Are you a manager?

The level of your questions leads me to believe that you are a student.

What, exactly is your area of competence???

I suspect it's a language issue. Pressure reducing, unloading, and relief would imply similar functions to someone who is not as familiar with the English language and how interpretation depends a lot on context.

Give the guy a break...but yeah, a Google search for hydraulics terminology would have answered all the questions.

Oh well!

Pressure relief - relieves the pressure in a system. Just like the name. Pressure reduce - reduces the down stream pressure in a system unloading valve is basically a recirculating valve used in a pumping system or vacuum pumping system to let things get up to speed before closing and loading happens.( in layman terms).

pressure reducing valve mostly used in steam plants distribution lines .

it reduces main line pressure to a certain less pressure which is suitable for using with lower pressure machine.

pressure relive valve used to prevent pressure increase more than the higher presetting pressure. if higher pressure is occurred , valve will open to exhaust until pressure become less than setting pressure and then close again.

unloading valve is mostly used in pneumatic compressors. when compressor riches its max presser , unloading valve opens By-bass line between suction and discharge ports . so it makes air circulation inside compressor (no discharge in this case while compressor is still running)

in case of fast pressure drop due to high consumption ,unloading valve will closed and compressor return back for ordinary work.

if no fast pressure drop ( no or few consumption ) compressor will completely stop.

finally as you see this valve is used to avoid quick stop/ start which has a harmful effect for motor .
