How To Get the IP Address and Port For GPRS Device?

i purchased a gps/gprs/gsm vehicle tracker.one of the settings it requires is the ip address and port. i intend to register the device on a free tracker website.thereafter the device will be able to be monitored online on the pc 24/7.who gives me the ip address and port-MY sim service provider or the free tracker website admin?

Your GPS/GPRS/GSM vehicle tracker requires a mobile/cellular phone network SIM card for the GPRS/GSM aspect of it. The mobile / cellular network provider you select provides the necessary settings, including the IP address.

The GSM modem attached to the GPS receiver needs to know the IP address and port of the "free tracker website" in order to report to it.

The address of the receiver is the GSM phone number so it can be polled.

Doesn't the tracker website have a help page? What's the receiver's manual got to say about it?
