MPPT Solar Controller

I found this solar controller and would like to know if anyone has heard of it of has one,all i can find is the spec. sheet. what i like about it is first you save about $100 and also is the High input panel voltage,and the 60 amp rate. Here is the link for it.

They are making only the controller, you will still need suitable PV panels, sun tracking equipments, batteries etc. Work out the cost/benefit of the complete system, add recurring maintenance cost as well.
