Testing gen sensors is part of commisioning if you have not done this before I would

recommend profesional help - however temp sensor - you remove the sensor and

place it in an oil bath with a thermometer - you then gently heat the oil , the sensor is

connected to a multimeter at the correct temp ( stamped on the sender) the sensor contacts will either open or close give or take a degree or two verify with thermometer ( this is a critical shutdown and if it fails you could loose the engine)

As for preasure use a preasure pump with a acurate PSI gauge connect the sender and slowly pump up to sender rated preasure

the rated preasure of the sender should be stamped on it -and it should change state when the rated preasure is reached +or -

the multimeter will either close or open at that point - verify with pump Gauge should

be within a 2% OR SO . Again this is a critical function if it fails you could loose the engine ( Low oil Presure)

Regards

Rob
