The best solution for a new project is to hire a good consultant for the job. You will be able to achieve your goal successfully.

Kashan,

You do not say "who" you are in this project (Client, Engineering Company, Installation Contractor or other). That would help to know.

The following is a question from another person: What are the things that should be considered for erecting a pipeline?

My answer:

Here are a few things to consider (not necessarily in order)

Feasibility Study

Routing Studies

Property Searches

Right-a-way Planning

Local, State, Province and Country Code Applications

Right-a-Way Approval

Right-a-Way Permits

Right-a-Way acquisition

Geographic Profile Study

Hydraulic Analysis

Primary (Start Point) Pump Station Layout

Start Point Pig Launcher

Start Point Meter Station and Meter Prover

Intermediate Pump Station(s) analysis (possible additional Pumps Pig Receivers and Pig Launchers)

Preliminary Material Estimate, Pipe, Pumps, Drivers, Valves, etc

Preliminary Estimate of Construction Costs

Cathodic Protection requirements Study

Soil Corrosion Analysis

Road and Highway Crossing Study

Water Way (River & Stream) Crossing Studies

Road and Highway Crossing Permits

Water Way Crossing Permits

End Point Meter Station and Meter Prover

End Point Pig Receiver Station

Pipeline Security facilities

Pipeline Operation Philosophy Study

Pipeline Instrumentation plan (SCADA)

Pigs (Purchase or Contract a Service as required)

The ten other items I have forgotten that will jump up and bite you in the pocket book for another 10% of Cost.

This list may give you some ideas for your project
