If you have to ask, you aren't qualified to work on a crane.

Any adustments you make could have a detrimental effect on the crane operation and safety.

For you're own sake and the sake of others get a Demag engineer in to maintain the crane.

I've always found Demag to be overly complicated and spare hard to obtain.
