dear friend,

thank u for your kindly reply.

In terms of the price and quality, there should be balaence of course. In terms of the solar controllers, u can see there are few manufacturers in china, mostly are trading company, so they bought from us and add their profit.

So there is one problem is based on your choice, will buy from the manufacture such as us or buy from the trading company. Buyers can make choice. that is the important. my friend

a 10 amp 12 volt solar panel?

Did you say 11 dollars?

That is friggin awesome.

Thats just barely over 9 cents per watt.

That means I could buy the panels for a 10kw peak power system for only

NINE HUNDRED AND TEN DOLLARS !!!!!!

Don't report this guy for advertising lets here the specs !!!!!!

Look - I must be misunderstanding something. Uhhhh whats a /pc?

sJohn;

Thank you for your patience. In my ignorant excitement I assumed I was getting a solar panel for the price of a solar charge controller.

What does /pc mean?

Are you telling me that solar voltaics are available at about 60 cents a watt? I think the last panel I bought cost me about $110 and was rated at 30 watts. That puts solar voltaic cost at a little more than $3.66 per watt.

In many places on this planet electricity sells for more than .50 KWH.

15KW of production, 7 hours a day, would generate a revenue stream of $19,162.50 dollars per year. (15kw*7hours*365days*.5 dollars)

If the cost of solar voltaic power ever gets down to 60 cents a watt there will be a significant change in capital flows for many nations.

I have heard that diesel fuel for electrical generation represents up to 50 percent of total import costs for a number of Oceanic Nations.

So how much do panels cost per watt of peak power production?

Can you make the technology that can allow the produced power to be fed into the grid?

How much does electricity cost where you are at? I pay about .12 per KWH. I have been in a place where it costs $1.04 per KWH.

Gav
