Sheet Metal Fabrication Cost

Hi,

Could any one tell me how to calculate cost of a sheetmetal product which involves blanking and 4 bending and 10 holes to be punched.

please send me any study document.this will be very useful for me.

Sure. Just estimate how long each operation will take and add the times together.

There is software available, if you search for it. Just type the title of this thread into a search engine.

You should add rental charges for tools and equipments as well.

Six of them made by hand? I am pretty sure that the Blanking/Bending Sheetmetal Parts® division of LynDoor™ Industries can spend three or four weeks on the project, making all other price tenders seem quite a bargain.

Or do you need 315 thousand of them, perhaps from a one-hit punch and a draw die set?
