Aluminum Brazing

Dear All

we are the maufacturer of condensor and evoparator coils..

we are now going from copper to alumnium tubing

we used to use oak-4230,or oak-70-5mb or oal c-100 evopartive oil in tube bending and expansion process..

When we check the internal clenlyness we noticed soluble residue was more than the spec..hence pl guide us which evopartive oil can used to avoparte the oil with faster rate and to decrese the ineternal soluble residue..also pl suggest what process can be taken to clean the internal oil which help us to braze the coils with out leakages.

The specification for the lubricants you are using should recommend a cleaning solvent.

The mechanics of the cleaning process will be up to you, since you know the form factor of the tubes.

Or, you could call the supplier and ask them what to use to remove it.

Dear:

Please provide me details of brazed aluminium H exchangers used in gas industry. For example LPG recovery or LNG , liquiefication of N.gas.

Hi Zmirza.. I would suggest a walk through a plant....or a discussion with an Engineer...who maintains a plant...or design a unit yourself for use in a plant there are uses..thank you
