Just do a internet search for Venturi calculations and there are several options for you.

Increase the pressure, or flow, or both.

This is your project. Do you really think it ethical to ask for someone else to solve the problem for you. Maybe you should buckle down and study the subject matter a little closer. We are not here to do your homework for you. Students are there to learn not to figure out how to get someone else to do their work.

Life is an adventure. Take part in the adventure and you will end up being smarter and better.

Designing a venturi to generate 500-600 mm Hg of vacuum in 3 sec

Now be good & research the relevant links above, to find your answer. Good luck.

I may not understand the outcome of what your trying to do.

I think that in any Ventura's aspects are in my option is this, The larger intake with some distances from the vacuum side of the vortex should be what is needed. Also

the 0.9 should be 1.5 and exhaust should be 2.5 suction should be larger than that of intake this should be what is needed for vacuum you need.

I hope this is helpful.
