Any idea how many estimated Design Engineers there are working in USA?

If:

Dw=Design Engineers in the US (working)

Dt=Design Engineers in the US (total)

D4=Design Engineers in the US (currently on CR4)

Du=Design Engineers in the US (doing something useless)

Then

Dw=Dt - D4/2 - Du
