How do you set up timing the injection pump for engine 23 DTR ?

I understand that the point is on the injection pump sprocket, corresponds exactly with the piston cylinder No. 1? This is when the cam injection attack?Because I installed it that way and hard cold starts!Attached diagram motor distribution 23DTR, after which I set up distribution.
