Electrodes Baking

on 6013 electrodes packet it was mentioned with baking symbol of 100 deg cent. does it requires baking

If the electrodes were exposed to high humidity environment, you may bake them in an oven, with temperature not exceeding 1000 C.

Check the quality of weld, if porosity comes in the weld deposit, then heat the rods in the oven.
