Reliablity Statistics

12/23/2012 8:49 PM

Hi All,

Would like to see ur advise on this issue. I have burn in data accumulated so far up to 3 years for some LED form various manufacturers like Lumileds, Cree and samsung.

I am also interested to do some degradation calculation on the lux with the burn in samples so far after measuring their lux/lumens.

Is there any statistical program in the internet that could be used to calculate the the degradation or lumen maintenance data for to project up to 10 years lumen maintenance?

Your inputs are appreciated.

I would just set up a spread sheet (in your favorite manufactures brand) to estimate the data you have. Might take a bit of programing but, not to bad to do.
