can economiser be bypassed for a high pressure boiler while in runnig with mininim load?

if any leakage occured...incase of production plant (leakage arresting may take more time) boiler to be run compolsary in lesstime.

i've heard that lancashire boilers can be provided with isolation valves for economiser inlet and outlet and its economiser can be bypassed
