Perhaps you could contact the maker of said furnace, which we do not know, and ask them for some urgent help.

Or, ask for the method statement for the assembly procedure and reverse it.

Without KNOWING SOMETHING ABOUT THE FURNACE, HOW CAN YOU EXPECT ANY HELP?

Good luck in your new endeavors.

Here is a method statement that you can use as an example....

CR4 doesn't offer a fast-food service.

An Engineer must look to the full detail of the work needed at the site and consider all the hazards and the magnitude of the risks involved in the disassembly of this equipment, and write a safe system of work for others to follow that does not impinge upon the operation of the facility. With the best will in the World, the installation cannot be seen from here. Also, the assignment is going to take some time at the facility, for which some work hours will have been allocated, and there is no mention of the fee nor the transport/accomodation provisions for getting there, staying there, and doing the task. Where is it installed, for instance - Nairobi? Fairbanks?

So the best of success with doing it, as it's going to be a useful learning exercise for all involved.
