Intelligent traffic controller in city flux management

I was suggest to use NI sample and recongnizer card and relative LabView software. All is avaliable and convenient, but its very expensive for me.

I hope to use our w/h card and program recongnize program with edge and layout pick-up tech to implement simple recongnize and get control signal.

the signal transmit to computer to analysis and control led and futher more to center computer.

that will reduce more cost.

I hope to know how do you implement these kind of control in your city?

Recently, I have found else that the middle yellow seperation line on the road in our city started to use a LED to indicate drivers its existing in the evening and night.

its flash light add a color for city, but is it very waste?

There is self-lighting material on the market. its a light-store material, after its lighted by light, it store the light energy and can keep the light very long time even if the light resouce give out.

anther material call micro-ball material can reflect light very effective. most road and clapboard use it as mark to metion passerby and drivers. con wears its clothes as well as trackmen.

why dont we use their mixer to pave the way, instead of LED to save energy?
