What I guess this name of cv12 might be a 12 programmes of chinese television station.(cctv has total 12 programmes now, its mainly distributed as follow: the first station is a news report, the second is of economic station, the third is entertainment, the fourth is faced to international and oversea chinese reflecting international events and oversea chinese lifes. the 5th is dedicated to sport, report main matches of all kind of sport in the world. 6th is movies and music statioon, 7th is mainly argriculture programme. 10th, science and education; 9th, foreign languge for foreigners in china or to the world, 11th is for opera lovers and 12 is for children mainly. Thats all.

the manufacturer produces 3 kinds of statellite receivers which can receive all of the 12 programmes. If you like chinese programmes, you can buy one, buy some of the programme are payed. so that, you got the information of set and card speration.
