What CNC is Best Fit to Produce This Product?

I am new in CR4, I'm from Philippines...

anyone familiar with the "head" it is use for vertical probe cards. the holes for this head was designed and process using a very precision type/model of a cnc? (atleast 3.5microns accuracy) my queries are, do you know which particular CNC machine brand or model is appropriate to produce this kind of project/product? anyone knows please advise. appreciated your kind help.

Good luck. That's 0.000137795276 inches.

I'd search for "precision machining centers".

A slight change in temperature at those dimensions is enough to throw the part out of tolerance.

Only machining I know to get to that accuracy is EDM. So Google EDM

thanks to all who responded with my inquiry. currently i am looking at StarragHeckert GmbH the producer of SIP CNC. It seems this is the best fits with our requirement. thanks again... :)
