We are no private internet mail CR4.

OK it is your project? How do you heat it up? How do you isolate it? What will be inside? What material is the autoclave made of?

What do you want:

drive mechanism? Heating sytem? Doors? Windows? Robots? Bring it on.

ya it's my porject....... and my job is design a rotating mechanism only...... auto clave is already designed and its in use now

a composite material (mandrel) which should be supported will be inside.... so we have to support the mandrel and rotate it at 0.1rpm... (180° in 5minutes and it should be counter clockwise also)

we need a idea for supporting the structure and rotating it

Do your own homework.

Look at a rotisserie on a Bar-B-Q grill. It's supported at both ends and goes round n round.

ya it's a good mechanism even i have tried it..

but i need to rotate 180° clock wise and 180° anti clockwise..... at a rate of 0.1rpm..

i.e it should rotate 36° for every minute
