Back Pressure/ Full Back Blow

Dear All,

Please advise the possible causes of 60 kVA, Himoinsa D/G genset failure:

@ Engine is giving full back blow / back pressure

@ High lube oil consumption

@ Abnormal noise coming from turbo

@ Engine internal temperature is at danger side

Is thsi relates to wear and tear OR breakdown?

I don,t know about Himoinsa , Is it petrol or diesel engine?

is it new or old engine.

all these troubles not happened suddenly , it mostly start by one or two and if not treated ,it grows up and causing more troubles.

is there any repair works done in the near past.

Simple answer? It's f%$£*&%d.

Long answer? It needs either a strip-down, and the tired parts renewed, or wholesale replacement with a new piece of equipment.

Call the service tech and get it fixed. Don't muddle around with it yourself, you'll just make it worse.
