Firefighting System Gate Valves

Dear,

in firefighting system they have breaching inlet and end of the line their is a gate valve

my question is PRV also inbuilt the valve?

A PIV (not PRV) is a post indicator valve. You can tell the open/closed position of the valve by looking at it (specifically by looking at the post).

It needs a supervisory switch installed to signal the fire panel (which is not included with the valve).
