Allow me to summarize:

The worst is over. With a continuing expansion of government, we will continue to get better. We will borrow, print, tax, and spend our way into being, once again, the leader of the free world. Our focus will be investment in infrastructure, education, and green energy.

I couldn't make it past congress walking into the room. They looked like they think they are movie stars arriving at the Academy awards.
