Depends if it's alluminium alloy or pure(ish) aluminium and what it's rivetting and environmental conditions.
Galvanic action between dissimilar metals will prob corrode aluminium faster than a pack of biscuits dissapears from the kitchen cupboard.
Rust is specific to iron/steel AFAIK.

If you mean can it be made to corrode, then yes - just add mercury which disables aluminium's wonderful ability to produce its protective coating when exposed to oxygen.
Try an internet search for "aluminium mercury", and don't try this at home.
