What is the tumbler? Is this DIY, concrete mixer type?

What type of deburring are you trying to do? Remove casting flash, sharp edge from press brake operation, machining operation. How big are the parts?

Your previous post was on repair of mold for die casting. Hope that worked out well. But more information on the part, and what the tumbling operation is needed for.

we DIY a Tumbler, hexagonal sides, Aluminum part dia is 160mm wall thickness 3mm, just like a plate, after die casting, we press trim, so there is miner burr at outer dia.

but main problem is while casting a cloud appear on its surface, we know its a cause of mold release spray and recycle old material.

so we like to finish its surface, remove the clouds to get a semi polish finish.

2000 grit wet sandpaper might be a better alternative for something that shape.

You don't say what your daily output is.
