Its a typo and should with high probabiltiy read:

BACK PRESSURE TURBINE GENERATOR

Google this and you get some good information.

I tried to include some links here but these were mostly PDF files where the link is not completly visible in Google.

First, text in all capital letters is considered SHOUTING and is very rude. Turn the caps lock off.

Second, the six words you chose make an ambiguous question. I realize this ambiguity is because you are learning this topic and do not know yet how to ask the precise question. Please clarify which of these questions you wanted to ask, or rephrase your question:

  • What causes exhaust back pressure in a turbo charged internal combustion engine driving an electric generator?
  • What causes back pressure in a water or steam driven turbine that drives an electric generator?
  • What causes the drag changes in an electric generator which makes changes in the back pressures in a turbine?

The more information you give us, the easier it will be for us to help you.
