may i know hw section cups work ?

I want mounting to be as strong as welding..whether the above mentiond methods ll be as stong as welding?

Short of properly formed interlocking profiles, welding is the appropriate solution for permanent and reliable joining of steel parts.

Is there something to contraindicate welding?

the best suction cups will not come near the strength of a decent weld.

Brazing or Soldering, and Adhesive are methods for attaching sheet metal that can be a high strength alternative to welding in some cases. An example of this would be titanium sheets with are joined by vacuum brazing with aluminum.

Press fitting.

(all the common ways have already been mentioned).

What is the application exactly?

We have sheets metal parts which are used in gaming machines..we need to fix them on those machines so are looking for an alternative way other den whic i metioned above

You have still not told us if these assemblies are intended to be permanent.

In general, the panels should probably be removable. How about interlocking tabs and slots, with a few screws to ensure the parts don't unintentionally slide apart.

We are discovering other methods then screws pems and all i guess adhesive ll be the best choice to look into
