Unfired Pressure Vessel Inspection

Can anyone tell me when I need to have an internal unfired pressure vessel inspection done in Indiana?

Yes. The Engineer/Surveyor from the company supplying burst indemnity insurance can. It will be on the vessel test report, which will be in the General Register at the facility, ready for immediate review.
