Need a DC Motor

02/23/2013 9:32 AM

I need a Brushless DC motor(Non-salient pole type/ cylindrical pole type) with controller for my project work.

Permanent Magnet

Speed(RPM): 2000rpm~6000rpm

Voltage(V): 24V/36V/48V/72V

Output Power: 3kw~7kw

please help me where to available this type of motor.

thank you.

Or even these people:

Products & Services Search

22,651 results for "brushless dc motor"

However, you may find it difficult to find a motor with this power rating at the voltages you specify. Lower voltage motors will have to have much heavier gauge wire in their windings to handle the higher currents. This is why most EV's run their motors at several hundred volts.

However, Kollmorgen might be able to help you out. Here are some drives that operate from 24 to 80 V.

http://www.kollmorgen.com/en-us/products/drives/vehicle-motor-controllers/acs-gen-5-and-6/acs-series-vehicle-controllers/

Features

  • Up to 47% smaller than previous-generation controllers at the same power ratings
  • The latest MOSFET and microcontroller technology for robust, reliable, efficient operation
  • Supports AC induction, permanent magnet AC synchronous, and brushless DC motors
  • Standard features-such as hill-hold, programmable braking/acceleration characteristics and best performance curve-are supported in firmware
  • Optimal efficiency through state-of-the-art AC technology with flux vector control
  • X-SMALL drive has a "Combi" option with an integrated output to control a series pump motor as well as AC traction
  • Available with finned or flat heat sink for easy integration in a wide range of vehicle designs
  • Available as I/O version (35-pin interface) or CAN slave version (23-pin interface)
  • I/O version allows vehicle control to reside in the ACS, directly interfacing with vehicle logic
  • Wide range of voltages and power levels, supporting most battery-powered vehicle needs
  • All versions have integrated CAN bus with support for diagnostics and software download
  • Industry-standard CANopen protocol for reliable communication in the vehicle
  • Peer-to-peer communication allows masterless communication between nodes on the CAN bus

Paired with this type of motor:

http://www.kollmorgen.com/en-us/products/motors/vehicle-motors/tsp-and-tsw-motors/

  • Available in a wide range of frame sizes and lengths, with torque ratings to suit almost any application
  • Torque ranges available from 1 to 600 N-m
  • Available for battery voltages from 24 to 80 VDC
  • AC induction machine has fewer parts than a DC machine, increasing reliability
  • Brushless motor is virtually maintenance-free
  • Built-in sensor for monitoring motor temperature
  • Normally supplied with 2-channel speed sensor
  • Quicker acceleration and higher braking torque compared to DC technology
  • TSP: open design
  • TSW: steel-wrapped sealed design
  • IP20 protection
  • Class F insulation
  • IC 01 cooling
  • EN-1175, UL

Good luck with your quest.
