Force by Rubber Compression

Hi Folks

I would like to understand, for clamping a rubber by 2.5 mm compression with 12 mm thick rubber pad of 80Shore A hardness, what could be the force required. please let me know the way forward.

I am unable to get shear or dynamic modulus values of nitrile rubber.

Is there any relation between dynamic modulus and hardness?

Please adivce..
