In what material does the flange need to be made?

What is the diameter of the studs that pass through it?

The material is DR Brass

The screw size is M12x25 on the both side

In the center the shaft diameter is 24mm

You can forward with some assumption for the missing data, I shall inculde the data from my side & do it again. I need only the steps

15mm would probably do it. How does this figure compare with other makes of valve?

I have used 11 mm lower side which has bigger diameter & 13 mm upper side bit smaller size overall we have used 27 mm, but when test for upward thrust of 110000N. It started bending in the middle.
