You need to hire a qualified engineer to do a proper relay coordination study for your application. We can't see your system, don't have drawings to show how it is configured, don't have information on fault current values, or what relay (manufacturer, model, etc.) you have, or what standards apply in your particular situation or locale. Do you really think you should rely on unknown forum participants to do an engineering study or specify protection parameters for you???

Settings can be suggested, But some more information such as load details, any motor loads, highest motor capacity with starting time, starting current details are required.

with the given data u can set 2 Amp or 40% secondary current.. you should calculate time setting considering up stream relay for relay coordination.. Atleast 250ms time interval.
