i am mechanical final year student.i having project based on THERMAL DESIGN OF BOILER,but i am still not finding design data and other parameters required for boiler design.please if u help me i am thanks to you.please help me.
Type of Fuel and Moisture Content and Calorific Value of Fuel, Capacity of Boiler, Pressure and Temp. of Final Steam, Exit Stack Gas Temp. Permissible Stack Gas Temp.(this depends upon the Dew Point Temp.on account of Moisture in the Fuel) Type of Grate, Single Drum or Double Drum etc.
Boiler Heating Surface, Boiler Grate Area, Boiler Furnace Vol., Temp. at Super Heater zone etc. are veryimportant criterion, to be carefully followed.
In which country you are from, because the Boiler Code is to be followed. In India it is INDIAN BOILER REGULATION is followed with amendments from time to time.
