What is the battery chemistry?

What kind of charging: Fast, slow, float, combination?

Is battery balancing an issue? If so, how many batteries?

What is the AC power/frequency in your country?

How much babysitting do you want to do? Meaning, you may be able to adapt a CC/CV programmable power supply for the task.

Just one? Any possibilities of a backup?

Environment the charger will be in?

How long should the charging take? 3 hrs? 15 hrs? Ballpark?

These are just some of the quesitons that box the problem so it's solveable.

The site has a wierd method for posting links. Paste the link like you did. Highlight it and THEN click the icon with a chain in it. You will be offered the opportunity to make it look like I did. I had some wierdness that the site kept typing in the link font, but highlighting the text before and "remove link" fixed it.

Most automotive shops have a portable charger with 2/10 /boost switching 110 volts, also any electrical motor shop also has variable units- price range $ Cdn from 39.95 to 200.00

An alternative use for a battery charger is for rust removal, Most, if not all, newer chargers are set up in such a way that they shut off when the battery is fully charged. The older style continues to put out a steady charge. If one were trying for rust removal, where could one get a new charger without the automatic shutoff? For some people this would be more useful.

Old school, I used battery chargers in series until my angle grinder went fast enough to use a Lambs wool Buff on my car.

Also saved money when doing rust hole repairs to smooth out the filler with a steel grinding disk (Death wheel).
